This naturally sweet wine comes from the old white and red Grenache vines. Once vinified following the family formula, the wine is left to age for a minimum of seven years in 500-litre casks. When the wine has sufficiently aged, it will be used to refill the 3,000 and 6,000-litre casks from which the sweet wine is extracted to be bottled.

Although we do not know the exact year in which the family began using this solera technique, these barrels have been owned by the family for at least 3 generations. Each time this wine is bottled, just a percentage of Grenache is removed so the solera is not lost.
