Winemaking

Produced from Muscat vines, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported from the vineyard to the winery in 15-kg boxes. Once there, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing. The impurities are removed through a decantation process and the fermentation is carried out in underground concrete vats.

Once it has vinified, the wine is aged one year in 225-litre French oak casks. Under good conditions, the wine matures well in the bottle.
