Winemaking

Produced from Muscat vines, the grapes are harvested by hand and transported from the vineyard to the winery in 15-kg boxes. Once there, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing. The impurities are removed through a decantation process and the fermentation is carried out in underground concrete vats.

Once it has vinified, the wine is aged one year in concrete vats. Under good conditions, the wine matures well in the bottle.
