We have four olive groves aged more than a hundred-year-old, of Argudell and Corivell olive trees, native varieties of the Empordà. The oldest documents of the family that mention the olive groves are from the 18th century. All the olive groves are located in Vilartolí, a neighborhood of Sant Climent that grows on both sides of the Anyet riber, up on the mountain.
The olive trees are planted on large dry stone terraces. Due to the age of the olive trees themselves and the poverty of the land, we have a very low and high quality production. All the work we do there is by hand and we have never done any chemical treatment.
