Varietal content: 50% Tempranillo, 25% Grenache, 25% Carignan.

Alcohol level: 13,5% vol.

Presentation: 75 cl. bottles.

Appellation: DO Empordà.


Claret d’Albera is our new rosé. Last harvest  we have some vineyards that did not give much alcohol degrees to make red wine, but that had a grape of great potential.

We decided to vinify this grape in order to make a claret. We were delighted with the idea as we were recovering a type of wine typical of our home that was almost disappeared.

The grapes were macerated for three days and two nights, as we found written in ancient recipes. After this time the wine fermented in concrete vats with its lees for 9 months.

The result is a bright red wine, intense on the nose and full-bodied. A gastronomic wine that can accompany elaborate dishes and has the potential to age.
