Claret d’Albera

Winemaking

Claret d’Albera is the result of rediscovering the traditional vinification of claret wines, as it appears in ancient documents of our country.

We select grapes of high quality Red and Rosé varieties and we macerate them for three days and two nights, as we found written in old recipes.

Fermentation is carried out in concrete vats where, once it has vinified, the wine rests with its lees for 9 months.

The result is a bright red wine, intense on the nose and full-bodied. A gastronomic wine to accompany elaborate dishes and that has aging potential.
