This naturally sweet wine comes from the Muscat vines. The harvest is done manually at the moment that the grapes are at their utmost ripeness, in order to obtain the complex aromas that will be developed at a later stage in the wine.

Once at the winery, the grapes undergo a gentle pressing and the impurities from the must are removed through a simple decantation process.

Later, the must is vinified following the family formula through which this unique, natural and sweet wine is obtained; one that has received various awards and distinctions over the years and which has become a classic of the Martí Fabra winery.
